We hope that by purchasing the journal you are committing to doing the work. Joy is a practice!

If however,  you are unsatisfied after 14 days and can show the work – hello accountability – then we will happily refund you minus shipping and Re-stocking fees. 

Jillian Schecher Inc. provides a 14-day money-back guarantee for The Daily Joy Journal which is governed by the following terms.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 14 days, contact us at support@jillianschecher.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 14th day at 11:59 MST. You must include your Daily Joy Journal written work with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include evidence of your work by the 14th day, you will not be granted a refund.

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

Requirement 1: Tell us why The Daily Joy Journal™ was not a good fit for you and your needs. What did you expect that you did not get once you started using TDJJ.

Requirement 2: Complete and attach 14 daily Joy Journal entries.

Requirement 3: Ship The Daily Joy Journal™ back to Jillian Schecher Inc.

Once all requirements are met, Jillian Schecher Inc. will provide a refund minus shipping and reshelving costs. 

We will NOT provide refunds for any request that come more than 14 days following the date of purchase. After day 14, all payments are non-refundable.
