Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the US. The cost of shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on your location and purchase. 

If you are outside of these countries, please contact us and we will be happy to put together a customized shipping quote for you.

Local Delivery

We are based in Edmonton, AB and currently offer Local Shipping to the areas listed below:

Edmonton, Sherwood Park and St Albert - Once you've placed your order, please allow for 3-5 business days to receive your order. 

Acheson, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, Nisku and Leduc - Once you've placed your order please allow 5-7 days to receive your order.

Local Pick Up

We offer free local pickup in Edmonton! Local pickup is available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm and we require 48 hours to get your order ready. Once your order is ready to be picked up, you'll receive an email from us.

Local pickup is available at: Dominion Messenger, 12003 145 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5L 2H4, Edmonton. You'll receive further instructions about picking up your order upon purchase.

Non-Local Delivery

The delivery time and cost of shipping will be calculated during checkout based on your location and purchase. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with shipment tracking information.

Duties

In some cases, U.S. orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees depending on how the shipment is processed by U.S. Customs. Where possible, duties may be prepaid to reduce delays or fees on delivery, though U.S. Customs has the final say.
